ME3118 Overview:
ME3118 is a simple and efficient synchronous rectifier voltage regulator with a maximum output current of 5A. The input voltage range of ME3118 is from 4.5V to 18V, providing a maximum output current of 5A and a minimum output voltage of 0.8V. This product is packaged in ESOP8 with a heat dissipation plate and operates at temperatures ranging from -40°C to+85°C.
