RM1233D

    RM1233D is a single button touch detection chip, which is equipped with a built-in voltage stabilizing circuit to provide stable voltage for touch sensing circuits. The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications. This touch detection chip is specifically designed to replace traditional buttons, and the size of the touch detection PAD can be designed within a reasonable range according to different sensitivities. It has the characteristics of low power consumption and wide working voltage, and can widely meet the needs of different consumer applications.
    RM1233D Overview:
        RM1233D is a single button touch detection chip, which is equipped with a built-in voltage stabilizing circuit to provide stable voltage for touch sensing circuits. The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications. This touch detection chip is specifically designed to replace traditional buttons, and the size of the touch detection PAD can be designed within a reasonable range according to different sensitivities. It has the characteristics of low power consumption and wide working voltage, and can widely meet the needs of different consumer applications.

    RM1233D Main features:
      Working voltage: 2.2V~5.5V
      Excellent anti-interference performance: built-in voltage stabilizing circuit, power on/off reset function, jitter cancellation, automatic calibration, and environmental adaptive algorithm, among other measures
      The reference value is refreshed every approximately 1 second within 8 seconds of being powered on. If there is a touch button within 8 seconds of being powered on, or if the button is not touched after 8 seconds, the recalibration cycle is 4 seconds
      Low power mode standby current @ VDD=3V/no load typical value 1.6uA (not calibrated)
      Fast mode standby current @ VDD=3V/no load typical value 3.4uA (not calibrated)
      The maximum response time for low-power mode buttons is approximately 160ms@vdd =3V
      The maximum response time for the quick mode key is approximately 64ms@vdd =3V
      Touchable input pin with external capacitance (0-50pF) for sensitivity adjustment
      Output Mode Selection (TOG): Synchronous Output or Latched Output
      CMOS output (Q), can be selected by the AHLB pin for high or low level output effectiveness
      Open drain output (OPDO), pure N-transistor output, without diode protection to the power supply, effective for low-level output
      After powering on, there is an initialization time of about 0.5 seconds. During this period, do not touch the detection point, and all functions are disabled at this time
