AT24C02 Description:
AT24C02 is a serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). The memory can store 256 bytes of data, divided into 16 pages with 16 bytes per page. Random word addressing requires an 8-bit data word address, with low-power CMOS technology and a self timed programming cycle.
AT24C02 comes in three packages: SOT23-5, SOP-8, and DIP-8. Due to its convenient interface, small size, and non loss of data upon power failure, it has been widely used in instruments and industrial automation control.
