CST2305B is a P-channel fast switching Mosfet with BVDSS=-20V, RDSON=30mΩ, ID=-6.0A. Provide SOT23 packaging.
The CST2305B is the high cell density trenched P-ch MOSFETs, which provide excellent RDSON and gate charge for most of the synchronous buck converter applications.
