Equipped with the industry‘s lowest level (※ 1) offset voltage of ± 4.5mV and abnormal notification function, which helps to improve the safety of autonomous driving
ABLIC Inc., a subsidiary of MinebeaMitsumi Inc., president: Seiji Tanaka, headquartered in Tokyo Metropolitan Area, hereinafter referred to as "ABLIC", today launched the S-19721 series of vehicle mounted voltage trackers.
The new product S-19721 series has the industry‘s lowest level (※ 1) offset voltage, which can achieve accurate sensor readings when supplying power to sensors and components outside the ECU. Secondly, as the S-19721 series can output a maximum current of 250mA, it can also be used in applications that require high current output due to the high functionality of sensors, as well as applications that require power supply to multiple sensors as the number of sensors installed increases.
In addition, this series not only has the function of detecting abnormal states of the IC and outputting them to the INT terminal for abnormal notification, but also comes with various protection circuits to protect the ECU in the event of a harness malfunction.
The new product S-19721 series has the industry‘s lowest level of offset voltage, abnormal notification function that can notify external IC abnormal states, and various protection circuits, making it a product that helps further improve the safety of autonomous driving. At the same time, in order to meet various user needs, there are also various packaging options available.
The S-19721 series also deals with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and the quality specification of on-board IC AEC (*) - Q100 Grade1 (* Automotive Electronics Council: Automotive Electronics Council) is being dealt with.
main features
1. Industry‘s lowest level offset voltage
2. After detecting the abnormal state of the IC, external notifications can be notified
It is equipped with HSOP-8A in standard packaging, TO-252-9S in high heat dissipation packaging, and HSNT-8 (2030) in small packaging.
4. Various built-in protection functions
The S-19721 series not only has an overcurrent protection circuit and thermal shutdown circuit built-in, but also has a function to prevent reverse current.
5. 36V input/45V rated value
The S-19721 series is a product with a 36V input voltage and a rated value of 45V, which can be directly connected to a 12V lead-acid battery.
