HAA9807 Overview:
HAA9807 is a built-in BOOST boost module with anti broken sound and AB/D switchable functions, which can provide a single channel audio power amplifier with a maximum 13W continuous output power for a 2 Ω load.
HAA9807 is equipped with a unique anti broken sound function, which can automatically adjust the gain of the power amplifier according to the size of the output signal to prevent the output from clipping distortion and achieve a more comfortable hearing.
HAA9807 has five boost voltages to choose from, which can be used for different output power requirements. One pin controls five boost voltage values, which is simple and convenient in design.
The fully differential input architecture and extremely high PSRR of HAA9807 effectively improve the ability of HAA9807 to suppress RF noise.
HAA9807 has extremely low turn off current, greatly extending the standby time of the system. The OCP, OTP and UVLO protection functions enhance the reliability of the system. Opening and closing the POP click inhibition function improves the system‘s auditory perception and simplifies system debugging.
HAA9807 provides ESOP10 package with heat sink.

Selection of filter capacitor of HAA9807 BOOST boost input power supply:
For BOOST boost circuit, the current of the power supply mainly flows in from the inductor, which is used to store energy and release it to the load. Therefore, the current flowing through the inductor is large, and there are high-frequency ripples on the inductor. A capacitor with low ESR is required to absorb the ripples on the power supply and reduce EMI. In addition, because BOOST circuit is used to supply power to the later stage power amplifier, the inductance current will also change with the frequency and size of the audio signal, so a larger capacitor is needed to reduce the impact of load changes on the input voltage and improve the circuit performance. Typically, an X7R capacitor with a withstand voltage of more than 10V, 10uF and an electrolytic capacitor of 470uF are required as power filter capacitors, and they should be placed as close to the inductor as possible.
HAA9807 BOOST boost output capacitor:
The capacitance and ESR of the boost output capacitor will directly affect the stability of the boost output voltage, thus affecting the overall performance of the power amplifier. It is recommended to use 470uF low ESR electrolytic capacitor in parallel with X7R type ceramic chip capacity 106+105 to keep the withstand voltage of capacitor above 16V.
