CST83G30F is an N+P dual channel enhanced mode power supply Mosfet with N-Channel: VDS=30V, ID=30A,RDS(ON)<10.5mΩ@VGS=10V，RDS(ON)<18mΩ@VGS=4.5V； P-Channel: VDS=-30V, ID=-30A，RDS(ON)<22mΩ@VGS=-10V，RDS(ON)<30mΩ@VGS=-4.5V. Provide DFN5x6-8L packaging.
