TC5020EJ

    TC5020EJ is a driver IC for LED display panel design, with built-in CMOS displacement buffer and latch function, which can convert serial input data into parallel output data format. The input voltage range of TC5020EJ is 3.3 V~5 V, providing 16 current sources, and can provide a fixed current flow of 3~36mA at each output stage to drive LEDs; And the current difference in the output channel of a single IC is less than ± 2% @ IOUT=23.8mA; ± 2.5% @ IOUT=3mA; The difference in output current between multiple ICs is less than ± 3%; The current varies with the output withstand voltage (VDS) and is controlled at 0.1% per volt; And the current is controlled within 1% due to changes in supply voltage (VDD) and ambient temperature. Users can adjust the current levels of each output stage of TC5020EJ by selecting external resistors with different resistance values. Through this mechanism, users can accurately control the brightness of LED light.
    TC5020EJ ensures that the output stage can withstand 11 volts, so multiple LEDs can be connected in series at each output end. In addition, TC5020EJ also provides a high clock frequency input of 25MHz to meet the system‘s requirements for transmitting large amounts of data.
