LT3999 is a single-chip, high-voltage, high-frequency DC/DC transformer driver that provides an isolated power supply with a compact solution that takes up board area.
The LT3999 includes two 1A current limiting power switches that perform out of phase switching operations. The output voltage can be adjusted by setting the duty cycle. The maximum switching frequency is set to 1MHz and can synchronize an external clock to achieve more accurate harmonic layout of the switching power supply. The input working range is set using precise undervoltage and overvoltage blocking function circuits. The power supply current decreases to 1 during shutdown μ Below A. A user-defined RC time constant provides an adjustable soft start capability by limiting the surge current during startup.
The LT3999 features a 10 pin MSOP package with exposed padding and a 3mm x 3mm DFN package.
