On June 27, Dongxin communication announced that in order to further improve the company‘s strength and accelerate the company‘s industrial layout, Hefei Dongxin Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") intends to transfer 42.8571% of the equity of its holding subsidiary sirobo semiconductor (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the transaction") to Howell touch display technology (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Howell"). After this transaction, the company will no longer hold the equity of SRB semiconductor, and the controlling shareholder of SRB semiconductor will become Howe.

According to the contents of the transaction agreement, Dongxin communication transferred 42.8571% of the equity of SRB semiconductor held by it to Howell at the transfer consideration of 107million yuan and signed the relevant equity transfer agreement.
