    The continued weakness of downstream demand may be the main reason for the decline in GPU prices.

    Recently, a number of investment banks downgraded AMD and NVIDIA and slashed their prices. Tristangerra, an analyst at Baird, said that some consumers began to cancel NVIDIA‘s orders, and the company might face "excess inventory". The slowdown in global PC demand and the suspension of sales in the Russian market "may hurt the company more than the market currently thinks.".
