    OSCONIQ P3737 High power LED achieves industry-leading deep red 83.2% electro-optic conversion efficiency, significantly increasing output power and significantly saving costs;
    The Q90 of the product can achieve a long service life of up to 102,000 hours, providing long-term stable photon flux for vegetables, flowers and other crops;
At GreenTech Amsterdam 2024, to be held in Amsterdam from 11 to 13 June, AMS OSRAM will present the latest highlights of its plant lighting portfolio.
    Shanghai, China, May 22, 2024 - AMS OSram (Swiss Stock Exchange: AMS), the world‘s leading provider of optical solutions, today announced that energy-efficient LED solutions are a key means of reducing energy consumption in greenhouses. Upgrading from traditional lighting to LED lighting has a great return on investment, both significantly improving energy efficiency and achieving significant cost savings. The new high-power LED product OSCONIQ P3737, equipped with the most advanced chip technology, has industry-leading performance, deep red light overall electro-optic conversion efficiency of up to 83.2%, excellent quality, long-term durability.

Optimal light intensity and ultra-low energy consumption: the energy saving benefits of the OSCONIQ P3737
    Ams OSram‘s new OSCONIQ P3737 LED significantly reduces greenhouse energy costs while ensuring a light output ratio (LOR). With an industry-leading deep red 83.2% overall electro-optic conversion efficiency, the product enables plant lighting manufacturers to increase photon flux to 6.13μmol/s while reducing energy consumption, resulting in significant increases in photosynthesis efficiency and crop yields, as well as shorter harvest cycles.
This pair of current Settings provides manufacturers with the widest range of dimming options for both day and night lighting patterns, while meeting the automotive industry‘s demanding color-point stability requirements.
    The following is a simple cost accounting case: the new OSCONIQ P3737 deep red LED with an overall electro-optic efficiency of 83.2% saves 11% compared to the LED product with an overall efficiency of 74%. For the same photon flux, every 100 euros spent saves 11 euros. For a medium-sized greenhouse with an annual electricity bill of more than €100,000, using our latest LED lighting technology, farmers of vegetables, flowers and other crops can save more than €11,000 per year *. In addition, higher photon flux can promote the increase of biomass and shorten the growth cycle of crops. Tests have shown that the OSCONIQ P3737 can maintain 90% of its light output after 102,000 hours of operation, which has the longest service life of all LED plant lighting fixtures.
    The OSCONIQ P3737 can be used for roof lighting in greenhouses, row lighting for plants and flowers, single light source lighting, and vertical agricultural applications, and is available in five color options: Deep red light (660nm), red light (640nm), deep blue light (450nm), far red light (730nm) and plant white light, to meet the various needs of artificial lighting plant factories.

Ams OSRAM: The industry‘s leading LED portfolio will be presented at the 2024 International Horticultural Show in the Netherlands
    Ams OSram will be showcasing its leading LED portfolio and advanced plant lighting and sensing solutions at the International Horticultural Exhibition in the Netherlands from June 11 to 13. In the Vertical Agriculture Hall (Hall 05,370 VF), a team of experts will present the latest product highlights and answer questions about simple, smart and sustainable food crop growing techniques.
    At the International Horticultural Show in the Netherlands, AMS OSram will present a new development board together with customer Infit Electronics. Dr. Alexander Hoffmann, Head of AMS OSram‘s Crop Growth and Industry Division, said: "Based on the OSCONIQ P3737, Infit Electronics has developed an innovative plant lighting LED module, the P3737, designed specifically for growers and greenhouses. Equipped with the OSCONIQ high power LED series, this 4-channel development board enables greenhouse producers to save costs and improve product performance to easily cope with harsh environments. We look forward to seeing it for yourself."
    The drive has a maximum power of 1800W and is compatible with 120V-277V AC and 277V-480V AC power supply modes. It is worth mentioning that Infit Electronics has the highest market share of DALI-2 D4i drivers, with a wide selection to meet various lighting needs. According to the product plan, the company will also introduce a 4-channel 1200W drive that enables two-way full control through a digital interface, with up to 96% energy efficiency, and supports power sharing technology, which can independently allocate power to each channel. This technological innovation marks an important leap towards digitalization in the field of plant lighting.
    The new plant lighting development panels will be on display at the Infite Electronics booth (05.413) and the AMS Osram booth (Hall 05,370 VF).
