Qualcomm Expands the Second Generation Qualcomm S3 Audio Platform Product Portfolio to Bring Top tier Gaming and Low Power Audio Experience

    Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd. today announced a new solution for the second-generation Qualcomm S3 audio platform, which is optimized for gaming and integrates Snapdragon Sound listening technology and LE Audio. It supports a voice echo channel with an ultra-low latency of less than 20 milliseconds, allowing players to chat freely in the game and create a wireless audio experience without stuttering. This solution can further reduce latency when only providing game audio connections.
    This solution also provides support for the latest LE Audio Auracast broadcast audio features for Bluetooth adapters, transforming TVs, smartphones, laptops, PCs, game consoles, and a wide range of other audio devices into top-level broadcast platforms. In terms of music listening, Snapdragon Sound and Qualcomm aptX ™ Adaptive audio technology supports 24-bit 96kHz high-resolution Bluetooth ® Stream. At the same time, Snapdragon Sound also supports top-level music playback, allowing every detail of the music to be presented in the way the artist wishes.
